The longer read
15 years of shipping — in production, not in slideware.
Most AI projects stall between a good demo and a system someone will run in production. I close that gap, and I put governance around the system once it is live. I work in three steps: Build. Run. Govern.
I started in 2011 as an Android apprentice in Rajkot, shipped 100+ mobile apps, then architected IoT platforms for maritime, medical-device, industrial and smart-energy clients. At Gateway Group I led an innovation and research team (8 patents granted), ran the digital transformation practice ($3M+ in measured client savings), the innovation agenda, and today serve as its Chief AI Officer.
The same approach runs on my own teams: I led Claude adoption and governance across the Group, from 5 seats in April 2026 to about 1.7K pull requests in 90 days, with an AI-assisted SDLC, usage and data-security guidelines, and governance aligned to ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, the EU AI Act and DPDP.
My consulting practice is separate and independent. I take a few retained engagements at a time, bring a small senior bench when a co-build needs hands, and walk away when the team I trained can run it without me.
