Team Enablement

Team Enablement yourselves.

The fastest way to make AI fail in your org is to leave one person responsible for it. We run hands-on enablement that ships your engineers, ops, and product owners through a real build — by the end, they don't need us. That's the point.

  • Two-day intensives or eight-week paired-delivery — picked by team maturity.
  • Bring your real backlog; we don't teach with toy examples.
  • Outcomes graded against your team shipping the next thing without us.
  • All artefacts (notebooks, prompts, evals) stay with you.

You don't adopt AI by buying licenses. You adopt it by re-writing the job first.

What this means in practice

Enablement isn't a slide deck. We pair with your team on a real, narrow problem from your backlog, ship it together, then write up the playbook. Repeat with another team. The playbook compounds.

  • 01

Two-day intensive curriculum customised to your stack + use case.

  • 02

Paired-delivery sessions — your engineers code, we coach, the work ships.

  • 03

Internal playbook — reusable patterns + your team's specific gotchas.

  • 04

Confidence audit — measured before and after.

Engagement shapes

2 ways to engage on Team Enablement. Pick the closest fit; we calibrate scope on the diagnostic call.

  • 01

    2 days

    Two-day Workshop

On-site or live remote. 8–20 engineers / PMs / ops. Custom agenda built from your backlog. Outcome: a shipped reference and a playbook.

  • 02

    8 wk

    Eight-week paired delivery

We embed with one team to ship one real production feature together. By week 8 they don't need us. The playbook is the receipt.

For

Who this fits

  • Engineering leads with a team of 5–50 who need to upskill, not hire-around.
  • L&D leads at mid-market firms tasked with org-wide AI literacy.
  • Operations leaders who own a workflow and want their team to internalise the AI tooling rather than depend on a vendor.

Not for

Honest gates

  • "Just give us the slides" — slides without paired delivery don't move teams.
  • Anyone hoping to skip the doing-the-work part. Teams learn by shipping, not watching.

FAQ

About this service.

  • What team size works best?
5–50 engineers is the sweet spot. Smaller (≤4) — read the blog, don't hire us for this. Larger (50+) — we run multiple parallel cohorts staggered over a quarter rather than one big-bang.
  • Do you teach Cursor / Claude Code / Copilot specifically?
Whichever you've decided to standardise on. We're tool-agnostic — what we teach is the underlying skill (context engineering, prompt-as-code review, prompt versioning) which transfers as the tools evolve. We write the playbook against your tool of choice.
  • Stack agnostic?
Yes. We've trained TypeScript / Python / Go / Rust / Java teams. The patterns generalise; the examples we use during training are pulled from your own backlog so the skills land in your specific codebase.
  • How are outcomes measured?
Pre / post benchmark on a real workflow your team owns — same task, before training and 4 weeks after. Plus a confidence audit (5-point Likert per skill area) at week 0 and week 8. We don't trust LOC / commit count — they're trivially gameable.
  • Can sessions be recorded for absent team-members?
Yes for the lecture portions. No for the paired-delivery sessions — those involve real production code + real candid discussion that doesn't translate to a recording. The playbook captures what you'd want from a recording without any of the privacy concerns.
  • Follow-on support after the engagement ends?
30 days of async support (Slack / email) included in the 8-week paired delivery. Beyond that, a fractional retainer (1–2 days / month) is available for orgs that want check-ins as the team levels up. Most don't need it — the playbook is the product.
