Workshops · for your team

Two days. Your team. A playbook to keep.

For mid-market IT services and product teams that need to move from “AI is on the slide deck” to “AI is in production” fast. Two days of concentrated depth — and a written playbook your engineers will actually open at 11pm.

  • Day 1 · Build · what to deploy.
  • Day 2 · Govern · what to measure and audit.
  • 30-page playbook · keyed to your stack.
  • Decision matrix · 90-day team roadmap · recordings.
Leads-only · India on-site · plus travel · custom scope quoted on brief

The two days

Build on day one. Govern on day two.

  • 01 · Day one

    What to deploy

Concrete walk-through of the production stack we ship today: model picks, RAG vs fine-tune trade-offs, the agent loop, the cost model. Anti-pattern catalogue from real engagements.

    • AM · Models, retrieval, agents — the 2026 stack
    • PM · Hands-on: rebuilding one of your real workflows
  • 02 · Day two

    What to govern

ISO-42001-aligned risk register, red-team drills, the regulator-friendly evidence pack. By close of day two your team has the governance scaffolding for a board or audit conversation.

    • AM · Risk register, red-team drills, evidence pack
    • PM · Workshop: your industry's compliance posture

Who it’s for

Built for owner-led teams.

  • 01

    Owner-led mid-market

100–500-person IT services or product orgs whose CEO or CTO is sponsoring the AI pivot personally. Decisions get made in the room.

  • 02

    A real client signal

You've lost at least one deal because a customer asked 'do you have AI capability?' This workshop closes that loop.

  • 03

    Time-boxed, not open-ended

You want a deliverable in two days, not a six-month engagement. We bring depth in concentrated form, not duration.

What you walk away with

A playbook, not slides.

  • 01

    30-page playbook

Written, keyed to your stack and industry. Not slides — a runbook your engineers will actually open at 11pm.

  • 02

    Decision matrix

For your next ten AI builds: model pick, retrieval choice, agent vs prompt, governance posture. One spreadsheet, defensible per row.

  • 03

    90-day team roadmap

What ships in the next quarter, who owns each piece, what the budget envelope is. Designed to survive your CEO's signature.

  • 04

    Recordings + follow-up

Every session recorded, yours forever. 30 days of async Q&A access. One live follow-up call at +30 days.

Topic-level depth

The two-day workshop pulls from the deep-detail service pages — AI-as-a-Service for architecture, governance for ISO 42001 / EU AI Act readiness, and team enablement for the post-workshop playbook your engineers actually reuse.

FAQ

Frequently asked.

  • Can you customise the agenda for our stack?
Yes — that's the default. Java, .NET, Python, Node, mobile-heavy, services-heavy, regulated industry, R&D-heavy — the agenda is rebuilt around your stack and your top three use-cases before the workshop. We do a 30-minute scoping call to lock the syllabus.
  • Do we send everyone or just leads?
Both formats work. The 'leads only' version (8–15 people) goes deeper and produces a steering-committee-ready playbook. The 'everyone' version (30–80 people) is broader and is paired with a smaller leads-only follow-up half-day. Most clients run leads-only first and broaden later.
  • What's the deliverable — slides, runbook, or a roadmap?
All three, but the runbook is the point. You walk away with a written 30-page playbook keyed to your stack and industry, a decision matrix for your next ten AI builds, and a 90-day team roadmap. Slides are recap-quality. Recordings of every session are yours to keep.
  • Remote or on-site?
Either. On-site is preferred for leads-only formats — the side conversations are where the real architecture decisions get made. Remote works well for broader team workshops and for international clients (EU / GCC / Nordics). Travel + stay billed at cost for on-site.
  • What's the budget range?
Budget depends on format, location, and scope — book a meeting and I'll map the number to your brief before anything is committed.
  • Is follow-up included?
Yes — 30 days of asynchronous Q&A access (email + Slack channel) and one 60-minute live follow-up call at +30 days are included. After that, ongoing support is a separate fractional retainer (see /consult).
  • Can we record the sessions for engineers who can't attend live?
Yes — every session is recorded by default. Recordings are yours, internal-use only, no expiry. Most clients use them for onboarding new hires for the following 6–12 months.
  • Will this make our team 'AI-ready' for client pitches?
Honestly — partially. The workshop builds technical literacy and a posture of credibility. Pitch-readiness also needs case studies and reference clients, which are downstream of actually shipping AI work. The workshop is the prerequisite, not the substitute.
